 Simple and yet strong database The Active Document Keeper creates a database of active documents. It stores PDF, docs, excels, powerpoint and different image files. One of the key features is that it integrates a scan interface to import documents straight into the database.So far it has proved to work very well. I'm primarily using it to store the million invoices and documents that arrive daily to my home. Storing such documents digitally saves a lot of space and time. Having said that, the program works very well under that use.
 Invalid Date A bug in the software stopped me from evaluation any further. Any attempt to add a new document into a folder was stopped by a pop-up message stating that the current date was in an invalid format. I assume that this is because I use metric-style dates (yyyy-mm-dd), and your product does not recognize these?

 Im am testing Document organizer in a Multi-User environment.I have followed the instructions to set up a database as Supervisor (public database)However, changes made as User1 are not seen by User2 etc.Somehow I do something wrong.It seems that the changes (added records are stored locally and not Public.Can you give me a hint how to change this ?With regards,Theo Volgers, IT-manager Widam n,v Netherlands

 RDL limited Tried this program only for RDL documentation. The resulting ouput was only for the datasource, dataset information. I was wanting more than that.

 Unable to connect to database I work on a windows machine with a debian linux server that hosts the database. I was unable to connect to the database in the same way as I can using the MySQL GUI tools, it kept giving type mismatch errors or similar. As a result it was a complete waste of time for me.
